If you see an error when trying to save, it could means the document contains certain fields that don’t support the type of text you’re entering.

What caused this?

The issue could be linked to BHDC Content fields (a type of content control). These fields can sometimes:

  • Restrict the kinds of text you can type

  • Prevent paragraph breaks from being added

How to fix it

The best workaround is to remove BHDC Content fields and replace them with ordinary placeholders.

  1. Locate the BHDC Content field(s) in your document.

  2. Delete them.

  3. Insert a standard placeholder in their place.

This avoids the restrictions imposed by content controls and should allow the document to save normally.
