If you are using the Chrome browser and are unable to see your document previews this may be due to your browser blocking Adobe, here are the steps you can follow to resolve this:
If your browser is in incognito mode, try using a normal (non-incognito) window; or
If you are using an incognito window, follow the instructions on how to enable 3rd party cookies here. or;
If you are in a normal (non-incognito) window please follow the guidance below.
Chrome
In the Chrome browser, at the top right, click the three-dot menu and then Settings.
Select Privacy and Security from the left menu.
Under 'Privacy and security', click Cookies and other site data.
4. Select Allow third-party cookies.
