Managing and Sending Docusign Envelopes

Once generated, your envelopes appear in the DocuSign Envelopes section, ready to send to drafts or immediately via DocuSign.

Once you've generated your documents and envelopes, they will appear in a new section of your File Manager called Docusign Envelopes.

Accessing Your Docusign Envelopes


In the Docusign Envelopes section, you will find your saved envelope packages. Each package summarizes key information, including:

  • Number of Envelopes

  • Documents per Envelope

  • Signatures per Envelope

  • Carbon Copies per Envelope

  • Signature Progress for the envelope (X of Y)

Click on any envelope to load the details side panel.

Note: Office & Dragons Docusign Dashboard updates in real time. To retrieve the latest status, click the Refresh Status button.


Envelope Details

Each individual envelope includes the following information:

  • Recipient Name

  • Signed Document (visible when the status is set as Fully Signed)

  • Number of Signatures

  • Number of Carbon Copies

  • Status (for example, Ready, Sent, Failed)

  • Timestamps for creation and last successful DocuSign ID (if applicable)

  • Initiated By (displays the person who initiated the last Docusign action on the envelope)

Sending Envelopes

You can send envelopes using two methods:

  1. Send to DocuSign Drafts

    • Select one or more envelopes.

    • Click "Send to Docusign Drafts".

    • The selected envelopes will move to your Docusign Drafts folder for final review and manual sending.

  2. Send Immediately

    • Select one or more envelopes.

    • Click "Send Immediately".

    • The envelopes are sent instantly to recipients via DocuSign.

Once an envelope is sent, its status will update to “Sent.”
