Once you've generated your documents and envelopes, they will appear in a new section of your File Manager called Docusign Envelopes.

Accessing Your Docusign Envelopes

In the Docusign Envelopes section, you will find your saved envelope packages. Each package summarizes key information, including:

  • Number of Envelopes

  • Documents per Envelope

  • Signatures per Envelope

  • Carbon Copies per Envelope

Envelope Details

Each individual envelope includes the following information:

  • Recipient Name

  • Number of Documents

  • Number of Signatures

  • Number of Carbon Copies

  • Status (e.g., Ready, Sent, Failed)

  • Timestamps for creation and last successful DocuSign ID (if applicable)

Sending Envelopes

You can send envelopes using two methods:

1. Send to DocuSign Drafts

  • Select one or more envelopes.

  • Click "Send to Docusign Drafts".

  • The selected envelopes will move to your Docusign Drafts folder for final review and manual sending.

2. Send Immediately

  • Select one or more envelopes.

  • Click "Send Immediately".

  • The envelopes are sent instantly to recipients via DocuSign.

Once an envelope is sent, its status will update to “Sent.”

Completion & Tracking

  1. If you selected Send to Drafts, log into your DocuSign account to review and send the envelopes manually.

  2. If you selected Send Immediately, envelope tracking (delivery, views, signature status) is available directly within DocuSign.
