Logging into Docusign

Connect to Docusign to start using the Docusign integration in O&D.

Admins enabling Docusign

To enable Docusign admins must go to Organizational Settings >Integrations page and toggle it on.

When you enable the DocuSign toggle, you'll be prompted to choose the next step in the envelope workflow. You can then decide whether to

Send drafts and send immediately - the envelope will be sent directly and envelope tracking (delivery, views, signature status) is available directly within DocuSign.

Send to drafts - the envelope will be drafted and you need to log into your DocuSign account to review and send the envelopes manually.

Connecting to Docusign

After your Admin has enabled the Docusign integration in O&D, you'll need to log into your Docusign server before you can use the Docusign integration.

To log in, go to Settings > Profile > Integrations page. There, you will see click the Connect button.
