Editing PDF's

O&D can be used to edit text directly in a PDF file. This is useful for documents that were originally created in a different format (like Word) and then saved as PDFs. For instance, if you need to update the text in a PDF, such as changing a closing date or modifying paragraphs, O&D can handle this effectively.

PDF form fields

O&D does not support filling in PDF form fields. These are the interactive elements in a PDF that you can click or type into when opened in a program like Adobe Acrobat. As a workaround, you could convert the PDF into a Word document. In the document, insert square bracket placeholders ([ ]) where you want to replace or add text. Once you've updated these placeholders in O&D, you can choose to save your document as a PDF from the save options in O&D.
