Sharing and completing the form

Share your form with colleagues and clients by sharing your matter with them or by sharing a public form.

There are two ways to share your form with colleagues and clients: share your matter with them or share a public form.

Share your matter

One way to share your form with someone is to share your matter with them. Once you've shared the matter, they can click the Views button in the toolbar and switch to the form view, then click the Viewing button.

In Viewing mode, you can input responses while previewing the documents. Once you have completed your responses, you can click Submit at the bottom of the form to save the documents. You will be presented with the same save options for your documents and redlines that you would when using the Merge table view, and your files will be saved to the matter's file manager.

Share a public form

Public forms allow anyone with the link to complete your form without them accessing any other part of your matter and without them needing an Office & Dragons account.

To share your form with a public link, click Share public form or Copy public link in the toolbar and share this link with anyone you want.

You can make public forms more secure by protecting them with a password that users will be required to enter before gaining access to the form.

When completing a public form, users can see document previews, but only in clean, to make sure they don't see unintended tracked changes. Clicking Submit will generate a set of updated documents only (no redlines), which will be downloaded automatically.
