Forms provide a simple, user-friendly frontend to your turnsheet, and are especially useful for templates and document automation. With the ability to incorporate conditional logic into your forms, this allows you to create forms that adapt based on user responses, displaying only the relevant questions. Tailor your forms to meet specific needs, ensuring clients and colleagues are not overwhelmed with unnecessary information.

Forms can only be used in Merge workflows. To build a form for your turnsheet, click Views in the turnsheet toolbar and select Form. Conditional logic can be found in the right-hand side form settings panel.

Additionally, with the power of Dragon AI, you can automatically build conditional logic based on plain language prompts such as "Show Company Number if the {[Company Name}] has Gandalf in it and {[Shareholder]} contains Sauron.
