The AI Turnsheet Generator allows you to effortlessly generate customized Find & Replace turnsheets using AI prompts. This tool enables you to adapt and transform precedents, create reusable templates, and maintain control over your documents.
The AI Turnsheet Generator can be found in the Dragon AI dialog, when you enter your new Find & Replace matter. You can access this dialog within your matter at any time by pressing the Dragon AI button.
Adapting precedents for a new matter
To adapt your precedents for a new matter, upload the documents to an O&D matter. Then, use the AI Turnsheet Generator to create a customized turnsheet. For example, if you need to adapt financing resolutions for a transaction where Borrower Ltd (no. 12345) is raising £150m from Bank plc, simply prompt the AI with the details. The AI will process your prompt and generate a turnsheet tailored to your specific requirements.
Turning precedents into reusable templates
If you want to create reusable templates from your precedents, the AI Turnsheet Generator can assist you with that as well. Instead of manually replacing details with placeholders, you can ask the AI to do it for you. Simply provide the instruction, "turn these into a template I can reuse for other companies by replacing concrete details with placeholders in square brackets, for example replacing 'Borrower Ltd' with '[Company Name]'."
Although AI will take the first pass at generating your turnsheet, O&D always keeps you in control. Through your turnsheet and document previews, you have the ability to verify and modify the work the AI has done, so you can be confident your documents will be 100% complete and correct when you click Save.
To use the new AI Turnsheet Generator and other AI features, Admins must first enable them in Settings > Organisation > Configurations > Dragon AI.
Note: this is an experimental feature currently in beta, and use may be subject to volume and rate limitations. Always thoroughly check the results produced by AI before applying them to your documents.
Enabling AI Features
To take advantage of the AI Turnsheet Generator and other AI features, administrators of your organization must first enable them. This can be done in the Settings section of your app. Navigate to Settings > Organization > Configurations > Dragon AI, and ensure that the desired AI features are enabled for your organization.
