The Data Management table makes it easier for admins to track matters within their organization. Admins can see a list of all matters within their organization in this table, which can also be downloaded as a CSV file.
Admins can also permanently delete matters from this table.
If you are an admin, you can see this overview of the organization at any time by going to Settings > Organization > Data Management inside the app.
Manage matter permissions
Super admins and admins can add new users and modify the matter permissions of existing users. This is especially useful in scenarios where user roles change, such as when an employee leaves the organization, or when there is a need to reassign responsibilities.
To add a new user or edit the matter permissions, in the Data Management table scroll to the side and click the 3 dot menu on the preferred matter. Then select Manage Permissions. After clicking Manage Permissions the Matter share dialog will appear. Admins also have the ability to permanently delete matters from the Data Management table. Use this with caution, as deletions are irreversible.
Search & Filter Capabilities
You can quickly locate specific matters using the search and filter functions. Available filters include:
Workspace – Narrow results by workspace
Tags – Filter based on associated tags
Client Matter ID – Search by internal reference number
Owner – Useful for identifying matters assigned to inactive or former users
Updated Date – Sort or filter by the last modified date
Created Date – View matters by their creation timestamp
