You can integrate your NetDocuments document management system with your Office & Dragons account. This integration allows you to instantly access and upload your files from NetDocuments into Office & Dragons and seamlessly sync new document versions between the two platforms.
Uploading Files
You can upload NetDocument files from the new matter wizard by pressing Import from NetDocuments. This will open the NetDocuments dialog, to import files (max 20 at once), log in and navigate to the desired files. Right-click and select "Send to application". In the popup that opens, verify the file details and from the list of applications, click "Office and Dragons". A new tab will open, asking you to confirm the matter name and click "Import". Finally, return here and click "Done"
You can also upload NetDocuments files from the file manager by selecting Add New and then NetDocuments upload.
Sync new versions
You can also easily sync new versions of documents between Office & Dragons and NetDocuments, to ensure your files on both platforms are always up to date. To push the latest versions of all files to NetDocuments select Push latest NetDocuments files, this automatically updates the file version in NetDocuments. Additionally, the "Synced Version" displayed in the file manager represents the version number of the file that has been imported from NetDocuments to O&D. Additionally to pull the latest versions of files from NetDocuments select Pull latest NetDocuments files.
Uploading new documents to Netdocuments
You can also easily upload new documents created in Office & Dragons to Netdocuments
Go into the folder of your new documents and select the documents you wish to upload.
Click the three-dot menu for each document and choose 'Upload to Netdocuments.'
To upload new documents, navigate to the folder where you wish to store your documents
Click the arrow beside the folder name and select "Send to application".
In the popup that opens, verify the folder details and from the list of applications, click "Office & Dragons".
A new tab will open, asking you to confirm and click "Upload".
Finally, return to the file manager to see the file uploading.
