There are 3 ways you can start a new matter.

If this is your first time working in Office & Dragons, or you're doing something brand new your teams haven't done before on-platform, you can create a new matter from scratch.

If you or your team has saved a template for what you'll be working on, you can start with a template. This will create a clone of the template matter, including the turnsheets and files, that you can use to get started faster, leverage your team's knowledge, and stick to best practices.

You can also get started by cloning any other matter, even if it hasn't been saved as a template. To do so, click the 3-dot button at the top-right corner of any matter and select Clone matter from the menu.
