Verifying iManage integration

Admins should execute the following tests to validate that iManage has been integrated correctly.

  1. Upload a folder to a matter from iManage: While creating a new matter, verify you can upload a folder from iManage.

  2. Upload a folder via File Manager from iManage: Within the File Manager, ensure a folder can be uploaded from iManage.

  3. Upload documents to a matter from iManage: While creating a new matter, verify you can upload a document from iManage.

  4. Upload documents via File Manager from iManage: Within the File Manager, ensure a document can be uploaded from iManage.

  5. Pull all latest iManage files:

    • In iManage create new versions of the files you imported in steps 3 and 4.

    • Navigate to the File Manager and click "Add New".

    • Choose "Pull all latest iManage files" and confirm the latest versions are retrieved.

  6. Pull latest iManage files individually:

    • In iManage create a new version of a file you imported in steps 3 and 4.

    • Click a three-dot menu on a specific file.

    • Select "Pull latest iManage file" and verify the latest version is pulled.

  7. Push latest iManage file individually:

    • Upload documents from iManage, create a Find & Replace workflow, and save the changes to documents.

    • For a newly saved document, click on its three-dot menu.

    • Choose "Push latest iManage files" and confirm the document is pushed to iManage.

  8. Push all latest files to iManage:

  • In the File Manager, click "Add New".

  • Choose "Push all latest iManage files" and confirm all recent files are updated in iManage.
