This article explains where the files created during a Find & Replace, Merge, or Versions (batch redlining) workflow will be saved in your file manager.

Find & Replace

Choosing to save the new versions will version up the documents these are located in the Files section within file manager.

Opting to save New documents will generate a folder filled with individual new files. If you choose to save Redlines it will create a folder containing the edits made to the documents. Both of these folders can be found under the Files section within the file manager.

You can download any file or folder from your file manager by clicking the 3-dot menu on the item.

Selecting to save a snapshot will create a new folder in the Snapshots section of your file manager. By default, this folder will include two sub-folders, Redlines and New Versions. You can change the files included in the snapshot section by toggling different configuration options before saving them.

You can download the Snapshot folder by clicking the Download button.

Merge

You can download any file or folder from your file manager by clicking the 3-dot menu on the item.

Selecting to save a snapshot will create a new folder in the Snapshots section of your file manager. By default, this folder will include two sub-folders, Redlines and New documents. You can change the files included in the snapshot section by toggling different configuration options before saving them.

You can download the Snapshot folder by clicking the Download button.

Versions

Choosing to save redlines only will create a Redlines folder containing your redlines within your file manager.

Selecting to save a snapshot and redlines will create two folders. The Redlines folder will only include your redlines, and the Snapshot folder will include three sub-folders, Redlines, Updated Documents, and Original documents. You can change the files included by default in the snapshot by toggling different configuration options before saving it.

You can download the Snapshot folder by clicking the Download button.
